Spam - A whole new twist

I've gotten the sex spam. I've gotten the spam from some attorney representing someone named BAesel who has died in South Africa leaving lots of money in the bank. I've gotten the paypal/ebay/bankcard "there is something wrong with your account, please click here" spam email.  I've gotten the "you've won the lottery" (even though you didn't buy a ticket?).  Today...a new first...I got one of the bankcard "there is something wrong with your account" totally IN FRENCH!!!!  Can't escape those bast**&^ds
